Cresswells Garage was establish on this site in 1923 as an overflow for the existing site in Mortlake S W London. Colin Cresswell is the current MD. Colin’s Uncle founded the company which passed down the line over the years and went limited in 1971, currently Colin and his Wife Vera have retired leaving the every day running to their eldest son Trevor. Trevor’s brother David along with his two oldest sons, Chris and Nate. Also working in the business is Trevor’s Wife Jude and David’s son Alex, our new apprentice. we still have three generations involved plus of course Gary the only non family member.

We currently sell fuel branded Gulf after a recent rebranding. In the past we have been National, BP, Pace and Q8 before returning back to Pace. We have been selling Calor gas for over 50 years as well as all the normal forecourt things, we’re not a supermarket, we still sell car products, along with our Jet wash and airline to keep your car clean and safe

The workshop ,works on all makes and models including class 4 MOTs. We’ll take on many jobs, big or small.

To keep the garage running into the era of electric and hybrid cars we had rapid charges installed by Instavolt 5 years ago. Chris has been trained to work on electric vehicle’s. and we are getting solar panels fitted to help us become more eco friendly.

The garage has been supporting the local community for the past 100 years including local schools and children’s sports clubs with kit. recently we have established a Cresswells trophy with Nine Mile Ride School, which Colin, Trevor and David attended, to be presented yearly
